It looks like Drew is definitely the nickname of choice, though it's currently dead even with Andrew. I've been sticking mostly with Andrew, if only to keep from choosing anything that will stick before we get an idea of his personality. I'm also fond of "Dude" and "Baby," though I'm trying to stay away from "Buddy," as it somehow seems more condescending.
